| Consultation |
|
Treatment begins with a thorough evaluation. |

| Child & Adolescent Therapy |
|
Raising children can be both rewarding and challenging. Consultation with a mental health professional can help parents and their preschool, school age, or teenage children cope with changes in mood, behavior and life experiences by talking about concerns and learning new skills. |

| Individual Therapy |
We see individual clients, early adolescents to seniors, who all hope to improve their emotional functioning and build resilience for the future. Our counselors provide a full range of services which include:
- Emphasizing the development of the whole person
- Teaching people self management skills to provide more control and understanding of themselves
- Helping people to change their behavior to live more effectively
We understand that much of a person’s background, i.e. family of origin, close relationships, life’s major decisions and core values, are very pertinent to develop a plan to restore healing and nurture growth.

| Couples Therapy |
 |
Maintaining a solid, cohesive relationship in today’s society can be extremely difficult. Communication breakdowns and difficulties with conflict management are increasingly common. Couples counseling can help with all aspects involving marriage, divorce or separation. Our counselors will help you enhance your relationship by teaching you to manage conflicts more constructively.

|
| Family Therapy |
Our counselors enjoy working with every
kind of family unit, especially when involving teenagers and returning adult children. You’ll improve your relationships and daily functioning. We’ll work with your current strengths and define where the problems may exist which strain each member’s ability to function well.
As a team, we'll work to reorganize around those issues and search for new, sustainable ways to manage healthy and productive ways that keep families together, even through the hardest times.

| Testing |
Tests are scientific instruments that are tools for understanding ourselves. Testing gives us an overview of our strengths and weaknesses.
Tests can help measure our intellectual functioning, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity levels and personality characteristics.
These tests, during their development, have been given to thousands of people to establish their validity, that is, that they accurately
measure what they are supposed to measure and are most helpful in the areas of Treatment Planning, Legal Evaluations and General Life Planning. It also assists us in therapy to explore areas where human growth is easily possible.
